257 lines in stockThe default for a reason: takes a chest logo cleanly, works for almost every trade, and the cost of getting it wrong is low.
Almost every trade that has any customer-facing element. It's the lowest-risk garment to order first — cheap enough that a wrong size or colour isn't a disaster, and a chest logo embroiders cleanly on virtually every polo fabric.
Embroidery is the default and holds up to repeated washing far better than print on a knitted pique fabric. Printing works but the surface texture of a polo means a large design won't sit as flat as it would on a t-shirt.
Fabric weight (a 180gsm polo feels thin after a few washes; 220gsm+ holds shape better), and whether it's a pique or jersey knit — pique is the more traditional "workwear" look, jersey drapes softer.
If a polo doesn't suit the role, the usual step up is a branded t-shirt (more casual, cheaper) or a sweatshirt for colder work.
