A women's work trouser is not a men's trouser in a smaller waist. The rise is different, the hip-to-waist ratio is different, and the knee-pad pockets sit higher because the knee does. The same goes for a hi-vis waistcoat: cut straight, it rides up over the hip and the lower reflective band stops doing its job.
Most of these ranges run XS to 2XL and the men's equivalents run S to 5XL, so a mixed team usually needs both. There is no minimum here, so you can order four women's and six men's in one go and reorder one of either next month.
Everything on this site ships exactly as it comes, with no logo applied and no setup fee. If you want it embroidered, that is decoration work and a different trade.
No, and this is the complaint we hear most. A women's work trouser has a different rise, a different hip-to-waist ratio and knee-pad pockets set higher, because the knee sits higher. A men's garment in a small waist gets the waist right and everything else wrong. The same applies to hi-vis: a straight-cut waistcoat rides up over the hip and the lower reflective band stops doing its job.
Yes, and it matters more than most people assume. A hi-vis garment is certified on the area of fluorescent and reflective material it carries, and a garment that rides up or gapes is no longer presenting that area the way it was tested to. A women's cut keeps the bands where the certificate assumes they are.
Most women's ranges run XS to 2XL, against S to 5XL on the men's equivalents. That difference is the single biggest practical problem when kitting a mixed team, and it is why a lot of teams end up ordering from both ranges rather than one. There is no minimum order here, so a split order is normal.
Yes. There is no minimum order and no setup fee, so four women's and six men's in one go is an ordinary order, and so is one more of either next month. If you want them to look like one uniform, pick a colour that exists in both ranges before you order — not every colour does.
Not on this site — the price is per garment and sits on the page, and the women's cut of a given style is priced the same as the men's. What does change the total is depth: a smaller women's range means fewer budget options at the very bottom of the price list, so the cheapest women's line in a category is usually a little above the cheapest men's one.
It is not something we hold, and we would rather say so than pretend. For a practical interim, the usual answers are a size up in a stretch trouser with an adjustable waist, a longer-length tunic or polo, and a hi-vis waistcoat rather than a fitted hi-vis jacket. If you need genuine maternity workwear, ask and we will see what can be brought in.
Send the garments and the sizes and we check stock depth across every one before you order. Buying one or two? It is all priced in the shop.
