What information do you need for a quote?

What information do you need for a quote?

The single biggest thing that speeds up a quote is a clear headcount by size, not just a total. 'Twelve people' takes longer to price accurately than 'four small, five medium, three large' — the second gets you a real number on the first reply instead of a follow-up question.
