Most personalised orders ship in 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Plain stock can go out next day. Large runs, unusual colours or garments we have to bring in take longer, and we will tell you the real date before you commit.
The 7-10 day figure assumes stock we hold. If you need a garment or colour we don't carry, add 2-3 weeks for it to come in from the mill before we can even start production. Always ask at quote stage whether your spec is in-stock or a special order.
