2 answersSend us the quote. If it is genuinely like for like — same garment, same decoration, same quantity — we will usually match or beat it. Often the cheaper quote is a lighter garment or excludes the logo.
Price-matching only works when the comparison is genuinely apples to apples. Send the full quote, not just the headline number — we need to see the garment spec, decoration positions and quantity to know whether we're actually being beaten or whether the other quote is missing something.
