Yes, and for a first order of any size we recommend it. A sample garment or a stitch-out of your logo costs very little compared to finding out across fifty pieces that the fabric or the logo size is wrong.
For anything with a technical spec — hi-vis class, waterproof rating, a specific thread colour matched to your brand — a sample isn't optional, it's how you catch a mismatch before it's fifty garments deep. We'd rather send a free stitch-out than remake a bad first order.
