Everything worth knowing before you order.

Straight comparison

How this usually goes everywhere else.

The usual experience

  • Minimum order of 25 before anyone will talk to you
  • No price until you fill in a form and wait
  • Quote arrives as a range so wide it tells you nothing
  • Reorder arrives a different shade of navy
  • Trade prices that need an account before you see them

How we do it

  • One garment is a real order, and always will be
  • Price on the page, before you give us anything
  • Plain stock: what you order is what ships
  • The same lines kept on, so reorders match
  • Hi-vis sold with its EN ISO 20471 class stated

Q&A

160 answers, no sales pitch.

Pick a topic. If the honest answer is that you do not need something, that is what it says.

Is there a minimum order for branded workwear?

Not with us. We will embroider a single polo for one new starter. Most suppliers set a minimum of 10 to 25 pieces because setup costs money, but once your logo is digitised that cost is already paid, so small reorders are straightforward.

How much does branded workwear cost per person?

For a typical trade team, budget Β£45 to Β£90 a head for a working set: two or three polos, a fleece or softshell and trousers, with a chest logo included. Hi-vis and PPE push it higher. Buying as a bundle is usually cheaper than piece by piece.

How long does a workwear order take?

Most personalised orders ship in 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Plain stock can go out next day. Large runs, unusual colours or garments we have to bring in take longer, and we will tell you the real date before you commit.

Can I order workwear for just one employee?

Yes. One jacket for a new starter is a normal order. This is exactly why we keep your artwork and garment spec on file: the single item a year later matches the batch you bought originally.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, UK-wide. Multi-site businesses can have orders split and sent to each site rather than landing in one place for someone to redistribute.
